We provide a unique valve refurbishment service, wherein, we overhaul the valve with all new internals, including rubber parts, bushes, bearings, bolts and all worn out parts. The valves are dismantled and NDT is conducted on body and disc. After a through process of grinding, cleaning, washing and even light machining if required, the valves are assembled and tested with all new internals. The cost savings are huge and we provide guarantee of a new valve. The below valves were supplied by us in 2007, after eleven years of continuous use in a steel plant, the valves were sent to us for refurbishment. The valves have since been installed and running smoothly once again. All this at the cost that was almost 50% less than the cost of a new valve.
