This new generation of FV has considerably high CV values resulting in low pressure drop and subsequent savings in energy consumption. It is estimated that around 25% of the power consumed can be saved solely through use of a energy efficient Foot Valve. Based on CV values available for each size we can precisely calculate pressure drop.
