Butterfly Valves - DN 15 TO DN 2400
Unique valves was one of the first companies in India to introduce butterfly valves manufactured with German designs, way back in 1983.

Design: Wafer type as per DIN 3202/3 OR ISO 5752 Short
Valves as per BS 5155, API 609, AWWA C-504, OR MSS SP 67
​
Body: Two piece split body design upto DN 150 & one piece for DN200 and above. Ensuring trouble free performance and easy maintenance.
​
Disc & Shaft: Single piece for sizes upto DN 150 and two piece for DN 200 & above. Centrally placed providing favorable pressure drops and flow qualities.
​
Seat: Replaceable, dovetail guidance, completely lining the body throughout the medium contact parts, providing leak proof performance. Seats come with integral O rings, eliminating flange sealings.
​
Bearings: Two stem bearings on top and bottom ensure smooth maintenance free performance and long life for valves. Additional polyacetal or PTFE bush with O rings can also be used for special conditions.

Tightness: Absolute bubble tight as per DIN 3230/3 BO-I. Valves can be provided as per different pressure ratings.

Mounting: Fitment between flanges as per DIN 2632/2633 - PN 10/16.
Valves suitable for fitment between flanges as per API, BS, ANSI B16.5, NFE29201, or any other standard can also be supplied.

MOC: Standard valves are available in CI/CS/CF8/CF8M/ALU/BRONZE/HASTALOY C/ MONEL etc, for body and disc combinations. We also supply valves with other exotic MOC's as per the specific requirement of a project.
Body and disc can be provided with different types of coatings, including nylon and tefflon. Seats provided can also depend on the application, seats of EPDM, NITRILE, TEFFLON, VITON, SILICON or Metal to Metal are available.

Actuation: Handles, worm gears, double acting, single acting, Pneumatic or Electric actuators, solenoid valves, limit switches or positioners are all available all as per requirement.
