Founded in 1983 Unique Valves Pvt.Ltd. manufactures valves to the design of UNIVAM AG of Germany.
The product range includes Butterfly Valves, Check Valves and other conventional valves. The valves are manufactured with the brand name UNIVAS.
The company has rich history of manufacturing and supplying high quality valves, with on field failure rate as low as 0.0001%.
UNIVAS valves have found acceptance in various industries viz Chemical, Petrochemicals, Power plants, Oil, Nuclear reactors, Pharmaceuticals, Sugar industries, Water pipelines, Food industry and many more.
Based on our stringent quality control standards and manufacturing practices our products have been approved by national and international consultants and end users such as Lloyds, Davy Power Gas, Tata Consulting Engineers, NTPC, BHEL, EIL, ONGC, Voltas and HLL, Reliance, TATA Power, APCL, FACT, JSW Steel among others.
UNIVAS valves have been exported to several countries including the USA, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Egypt. All export orders have been inspected by international bodies like Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas etc.
UNIVAS is also the recipient of an international award for the best Trade Name by the Trade Leaders Club - Madrid Spain.
Unique Valves is one of the few companies that had the approval from Nuclear Power Corporation of India. Valves used in Nuclear Power Stations have to operate trouble free for a minimum period of 30 years under extremely hazardous and demanding operating conditions.
Unique Valves have a new breakthrough product in a Foot Valve, which is designed to hold prime instantly with a guarantee of holding prime every time water is pumped. These foot valves have been tested for 5 years on the field in Satara, Maharashtra, India. The product is patent pending.
